Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Directors to deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that showcase Fireblocks’ platform capabilities.
• Assess client requirements and design technical solutions that integrate Fireblocks’ infrastructure into their digital asset operations, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Lead the technical response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accurate and compelling answers that align with client needs.

Requirements

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused value propositions

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Skilled in delivering tailored demos and engaging presentations to diverse audiences
• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar technical pre-sales role in SaaS, fintech, blockchain, or cybersecurity
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Technical proficiency with SaaS platforms, APIs, and security technologies

Preferred

• Familiarity with financial services workflows, Web3 infrastructure, or blockchain-based transaction models (e.g., custody, settlement, token issuance)
