Senior Software Engineer (Fleet Response Efficiency & Optimization)

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will design and implement measures to increase efficiency and decrease costs in Fleet Response operations.
• You will collaborate with other teams, generate ideas for new optimizations, and contribute to cross-functional analysis and optimization efforts.
• You will also work with onboard engineering teams to sunset unnecessary operational work and improve regression-detection and culprit-finding for changes that negatively impact operational metrics.

Requirements

• Strong ability to dive into new problems and codebases
• Experience working with non-technical cross-functional partners

Experience with C++ or related structured programming language

• A curious, investigative mindset with a bias towards action
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
• 5+ years of industry experience navigating complex systems with distributed ownership
• Experience designing analytical frameworks to answer difficult product questions
