Operation and Maintenance Engineer - Helsinki

As an Operation and Maintenance Engineer, you will oversee the technical monitoring and maintenance of the BESS fleet, coordinate maintenance activities, manage corrective maintenance, and ensure compliance with regulations. You should have a technical background, experience in operations or maintenance in renewables, and strong analytical skills. This is a permanent position based in Helsinki, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the technical monitoring and maintenance of the entire Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) fleet, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with manufacturers and local maintenance teams, managing corrective maintenance and prioritizing fault investigations.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance with subcontractors and inspection bodies, ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations.
