Senior Designer (CBA)

Join CBA, a global design agency, as a Senior Designer. In this role, you will lead conceptual exploration, develop high-quality design ideas, collaborate with clients and project teams, and support junior designers. You should have strong FMCG packaging experience, proficiency in Photoshop and AI tools, and a passion for design and branding.

Lead conceptual exploration through research, ideation, and sketching, and develop high-quality design ideas from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, the Creative Director, and project teams to shape direction and solve complex design challenges, while managing multiple projects.
• Support and guide junior designers as they develop their ideas and craft, and contribute to competitive, innovative design strategies and plans.
