StratOps Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate in Strategy & Operations, you will play a critical role in delivering the company's strategic agenda by leading workstreams within high-impact initiatives. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution, turning complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and tangible outcomes. Responsibilities

• Lead key workstreams within strategic initiatives across Strategy & Operations, supporting priority areas such as Trading, Performance Marketing, Product, Technology and broader business transformation projects.
• Translate complex and ambiguous business challenges into structured analyses, generating data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of initiatives following strategic decisions, proactively managing risks, overcoming roadblocks, and ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting stratops, or a related analytical field
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems
• Advanced presentation development skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses and strategic recommendations into clear, compelling, executive-ready slide decks.
• Strong communication skills, with experience producing compelling, executive-level materials
• Ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience in sports, betting or entertainment preferred but not required
