Creature Comforts has been serving Hong Kong pet families for over 23 years, beginning in 2002 as the city's first house-call veterinary service and expanding with the Veterinary TKO Center in 2021. We proudly introduce the East Island 24-Hour Animal Hospital in Shau Kei Wan this year. Spanning 11,000 square feet across two floors, it is Hong Kong Island's first veterinary hospital purpose-built around Fear Free® principles.

Responsibilities

• Support for AIRC for the right candidate, and mentoring / training within our senior nursing team.
• MARS Veterinary support RECOVER Certificate Courses for Veterinary Nurse
• Education / sponsorship for developing your veterinary nursing skills and knowledge.

Handling the daily reception operations of the Hospital

• Ensuring services operate in a timely, accurate, efficient manner, with a high standard of quality customer service
• Ensuring the reception experience is a happy and pleasant one for owners and their pets
• Providing basic medical information to clients, answering queries and solving problems.

Requirements

Customer Services Representative (2+ years' experience)

• ● Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline
• ● Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (Cantonese is required)
• ● Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Representative

Preferred

• ● Experience in veterinary industry is a definite advantage

Work Schedule

Full time: 5 days work week, 9.5-10 hours per day with 1-hour lunch break, with statutory holiday entitlement
