  • Manage incident lifecycle — detection, logging, impact assessment, communication, and closure.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 4-5 years of relevant IT experience Banking Domain(Investment Banking) preferred General: Handling start of day / End of Day production support.
  • Functional Support to Order Management system.
  • Documentation of procedures, deployment steps, runbooks, and incident resolutions.
  • Effective problem solving skills.
  • Implementing disaster recovery and backup plans.
  • Production support knowledge on Investment banking – Equities (Optional) Technical Skills: Good knowledge on Linux/Unix platform with strong process Management skills.
  • Exposure to Database / Debugging skills and ability to write SQL queries.
  • Basic Automation using scripting or code debugging.
  • Exposure to at least one scripting language (Shell / Perl / Python).
  • Technology support to Equities trading division with knowledge of FIX protocol.
  • Troubleshooting process failures in Linux Environment, job conflicts and Job scheduling.
  • Cloud infrastructure management.
  • SQL and DB query and translation scripts.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines (build, deploy, release).
  • Good knowledge of ITIL ( incident, change and release management ).
  • Strong communication skills (Oral & Written) and Interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible to work from Office/Home in an 24/7 environment.
  • Open to learn new Technologies and Equities domain ( Internal trainings will be provided )
