Responsibilities

• Review and drafting support for agreements including MSAs, Vendor Agreements, NDAs, and Consultancy Agreements
• Ability to support global compliance requirements across jurisdictions

Requirements

• Qualified Company Secretary with Secretarial and Compliance knowledge
• Strong understanding of the Companies Act, FEMA, and related corporate compliance requirements
• Working knowledge of ESG requirements and reporting
• Familiarity with Data Protection laws, including DPDP (India) and GDPR (EU)
