IN _Senior Associate_ENOVIA Solution Architect_Digital Engineering Transformation_Advisory_Pune

We are looking for an ENOVIA Solution / Technical Architect with 12+ years of experience on Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) / ENOVIA. The role involves providing technical-heavy and functional leadership for the ENOVIA 3DX implementation, owning the solution architecture, data model, and integration blueprint end to end. The candidate will translate functional PLM requirements—including part management, CAD management, product configuration, change management, MBOM, tooling, security, and system integrations—into scalable technical designs, govern customization and integration standards, manage the Exalead/3DSearch indexing tier, and guide developers through design reviews and delivery.

Responsibilities

• IN _Senior Associate_ENOVIA Solution Architect_ Digital Engineering Transformation_Advisory_Pune Responsibilities: Define the ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE solution architecture, data model, configuration strategy, and integration blueprint and own them end to end.
• Translate functional PLM requirements into scalable technical designs; govern 3DX customization standards and integration patterns.
• Architect solutions for Part Management, CAD and visualization data management, Product Configuration Management, Change Management and workflows, eBOM to MBOM transformation, Tooling and Equipment Management.
• Own the design and configuration of the Exalead/3DSearch indexing tier for enterprise-scale search and dashboard performance.
• Define security and user access architecture, licensing, and system administration approaches.
• Architect digital-thread integrations including PLM-ERP (SAP) synchronization, LDAP, IAM, mechanical and electronic CAD, and Nemo integrations.
• Design hybrid and multi-cloud 3DEXPERIENCE landscapes on Azure/AWS including networking, IAM, security, compute, storage, monitoring, and HA/DR.
• Lead design reviews, prepare architecture and technical design documents, and guide associate and senior developers.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, infrastructure, testing, and migration teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years in ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE with deep functional and technical delivery experience.
• Proven architecture ownership of PLM implementations and integrations.
• Expertise in Part / BOM management, CAD / Document management, eBOM to MBOM transformation, and ENOVIA Change Management (legacy and latest versions).
• Proficiency in multi-CAD PLM environments and knowledge of CATIA, NX, and AutoCAD.
• Experience managing native and non-native CAD integrations in ENOVIA using third-party connectors and Power’By.
• Expertise in Exalead server and indexing configuration and management for large ENOVIA implementations.
• Experience mapping legacy ENOVIA data models to the latest versions with UPS and VPM References.
• Background in heavy manufacturing/industrial sectors with large-scale PLM migrations.
• Exposure to complex PLM architectures with multi-cloud, multi-tenant support.
• Knowledge of multi-regime export control implementation in PLM security contexts.
• Strong understanding of Azure/AWS cloud architecture relevant to hybrid/multi-cloud 3DEXPERIENCE landscapes.
• Experience in PLM-ERP (SAP) integrations including MBOM, change, tooling transfers and LDAP/IAM integration.
• MQL, TCL, JPOs (Java/J2EE), Spinner, widget development, UI3, DMC, search configuration, RDF 6W tags, REST web services, Exalead/CloudView admin.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills including collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in ENOVIA / 3DEXPERIENCE with proven architecture ownership.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or related fields.

Preferred

• Automotive sector PLM experience.
• Experience with product configuration, color and harmony management, baseline and applicability management.
• Experience with electronic CAD and Nemo integrations.
• Exposure to project/program management and advanced data organization structures in ENOVIA.
• Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA certification.
• Azure/AWS architecture certification.
• Relevant Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA certifications are an advantage.
