Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 10+ network engineers.
Define and execute a network strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
Oversee the design and deployment of network solutions across multiple domains: data center, backbone, internet, cloud and OTN.
Drive cross-functional projects, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
Establish, enforce, and continuously improve network standards, and best practices.
Provide actionable insights and regular reporting to senior leadership on network performance, risks, and initiatives.

3+ years of proven experience managing and leading network engineering teams in hyperscale environments
Strong technical expertise in large-scale network infrastructures with hands-on experience, including TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, IPv6, Public Cloud, and related technologies
Deep understanding of network monitoring, performance management, and security best practices
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related discipline
Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions.
These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails

Industry certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent
Experience working in or supporting hyperscale cloud providers or large global data center environments
