The Mega Campaign Operations team drives the execution of large-scale, high-impact campaigns that shape how users shop on the platform.

We are responsible for translating campaign strategy into flawless in-app execution, from asset deployment to cross-functional coordination and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of in-app resources (such as banners), ensuring they are set up on time and free from errors
• Participate in business planning, gaining insights through data analysis and research on merchants/influencers to support business decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Category Teams) to ensure successful project execution

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Prior internship or project experience in e-commerce, research, or campaign management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Available for a full-time internship for a duration of at least 3-6 months.

Preferred

• Comfortable with data tracking, spreadsheets/excel and stakeholder coordination.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in market trends and consumer behavior.
• Have creative skills; proficiency in Figma or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a track record of meeting deadlines accurately and on time
