We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Operator to support daily warehouse operations and help keep our team running efficiently. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities. While this is not a formal supervisory position, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support Team Leads with daily operations. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Team Lead or Supervisor role .

The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Support Team Leads in coordinating daily workflows and maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Assist with training and onboarding new warehouse associates.
• Identify and report operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and workflow delays.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and reach trucks, when trained and authorized.
• Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with WMS, RF scanners, and warehouse inventory processes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new systems, procedures, and operational processes quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of accountability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Willingness to take initiative and support team members when needed.
• Mandarin-English bilingual skills preferred.

Preferred

• E-commerce fulfillment experience is preferred.
• Previous experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.

Warehouse Operator (Night Shift) Location

Orlando, FL Pay Range: $21.00–$25.00 per hour Work Schedule: Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM Overnight Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM Shift assignments will be based on operational needs.
