Title Clinical Anesthesia Tech Job Description Purpose & Scope: The Clinical Anesthesia Technician assists and provides for safe patient care by establishing set-up and turnover in the Main Operating Room (OR), Cardiovascular Operating Rooms (CVOR) and other Anesthesia environments.Assists and provides for safe patient care in the other procedural areas / anesthesia environments. Establishes set-up, turnover in Obstetrics ORs, Bronchoscopy, PACU, Radiation Oncology, Interventional Radiology, Radiology, Emergency Department, Endoscopy Department, ICU, CVICU and Cath lab.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• BLS certification required.
• Certified Anesthesia Technician is preferred.

Preferred

• Completion of a clinical technician program is preferred.
• One year as an Anesthesia Technician or a one year of experience in healthcare/medical - nursing/patient care is preferred.
