Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities

• You will work with stakeholders, plant teams, and external contractors.
• Your work will help ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed requirements, budgets, and schedules, supporting the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing operations.
• Identify and assess technical solutions based on project requirements, technical feasibility, cost, and expected outcomes.
• Define project implementation plans, develop work schedules, and monitor progress.
• Work with stakeholders to align requirements and solutions and coordinate project participants.
• Plan and monitor project budgets, track spending, and promptly flag potential variances.
• Oversee the quality of engineering design documentation and construction and installation works, ensuring compliance with agreed requirements and standards.
• Coordinate procurement processes, including equipment and contractor selection, preparation of procurement documentation, and organization of purchases.

Requirements

• Engineering degree and experience working in a manufacturing environment or logistics warehouse.
• Project management experience in manufacturing or logistics.
• Knowledge of Russian legislation governing construction and installation works, and machine safety requirements.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP, 1C, or similar systems.
• Project management certifications.

Pay

& Benefits Monthly salary starting from RUB 240,000 gross
