Specialist, Process Control (2nd shift)

The Process Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring the production shipping status and managing plan & actual, downtime (HMGMA / MSV).

Responsibilities

• (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Other duties may be assigned.) Constantly monitor HMGMA and Mobis productivity and shipping screens, as well as the Mobis shipping system (Communication with HMGMA CCR: 24Hr) Managing Mobis production order (Non JIS order)
• Gather HMGMA daily, weekly, and monthly plans; generate and send Mobis’ daily production and shipping plans to appropriate departments
• Monitor daily production in real time to ensure that targets are met (plan & Actual) Track external and internal downtime requests and provide countermeasures to prevent future downtime
• Issue claims for vendor downtime and complete accounting documents to ensure payments are debited
• Operate Mobis monitoring room & tracking productivity issue and report

Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• None Working Conditions: 90% office, 10% production floor

Preferred

• 0 to 3 years of experience in Just In Sequence in the Automotive industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related field
• Equivalent related experience in automotive manufacturing or production planning

Overtime as needed This position is 2nd Shift, approximately 2:30pm – 11:00pm
