• To be successful in this position you will demonstrate a detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practices and evidence of a professional track record of effective technical management, information analysis, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware, software & network systems.
• ● Managing day to day user complaints/Issues
• ● Monitoring the systems and network infrastructure
• ● New system/Laptop installations and assignment
• ● Asset Management

Requirements

• ● Security Patch management/monitoring on windows/MacBook/ Linux systems
• ● Software license management
• ● Should have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• ● Must have knowledge of Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) Desktop
• ● Must have knowledge of Computer Hardware Troubleshooting
• ● Basic Networking Knowledge
• ● End-user support
