Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with Customers and act as a trusted delivery partner
Identify business opportunities and support account growth through proactive communication and delivery excellence
Tailor project management approaches and delivery models according to Customer and project needs
Manage project portfolios, identify risks proactively, and ensure transparent stakeholder communication
Lead multicultural and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
Execute people management activities, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance evaluation, and retention
Drive continuous process improvement and implement best practices in project delivery and operational management Support and drive AI adoption practices across projects where applicable
Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, management, and Customers
Requirements
At least 4 years of commercial experience in project management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Proven experience in risk management and stakeholder management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Experience working with cross-cultural and distributed teams
Practical experience driving AI-related initiatives or adoption practices in projects
Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, Agile certifications, etc.
