Acquisition Management Support

Overview Apogee has an exciting opportunity for a Sr.

Acquisition Support Manager that leads acquisition planning and execution support, including development of PWSs and IGCEs, evaluation of task order proposals, and oversight of task order execution, funding, and milestones. ****Contingent Upon Contract Award**** Responsibilities Draft and refine acquisition documents, including Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and related artifacts.

Develop Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) and support cost/price reasonableness assessments. Support evaluation of task order proposals, including technical, management, and cost factors. Monitor task order execution, track funding allocations, and support real-time execution decisions. Support administrative management and lifecycle milestone reviews for ongoing contracts.

Produce the monthly Acquisition Posture Report documenting progress on contracting actions. Qualifications Minimum Experience: Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Education / Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Acquisition, or related field. 8+ years of experience in government or defense acquisition, contracts management, or program management.

Strong knowledge of DoD/IC acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS, and task order management. Experience developing PWSs, IGCEs, and evaluation criteria for competitive procurements. Proven ability to track funding, execution status, and contract performance metrics. Preferred Qualifications: DAWIA/DAU or equivalent acquisition certifications (e.g., Contracting, Program Management, or Financial Management).

Experience supporting R&D and production contracts in intelligence or advanced technology programs. Familiarity with NASIC, acquisition needs and processes.
