Production Foreman - MIPS

Production Supervisor in roof manufacturing role is crucial in supporting production operations.

Responsibilities

• Team Support: Assist the Production Manager in daily operations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to production staff.
• Monitor production Processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments (such as walls, floors, shipping, and quality control) to improve processes.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supervisor for timely material availability.
• Evaluate employee’s performance and provide feedback.

Performance Evaluation

Train new hires and provide ongoing training for current employees. 1.

Experience

o Prior experience in roof manufacturing or a related field is preferred. o Familiarity with production processes, safety protocols, and quality control. 2.
