• We are looking for a Digital Process Improvement & Automation (QA) Intern at Abbott Olst!
• Assignment The QA Supplier to Customer (QA StoC) department aims to make its processes smarter, more efficient, and more data-driven.
• Your work will help reduce administrative tasks, improve processes, and increase the visibility of key quality data.

Responsibilities

• During this internship, you will investigate where automation can add value and develop practical solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and Copilot.
• Analyze existing quality processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Conduct process analyses and provide improvement recommendations.
• Design and build smart digital solutions using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports for quality and supplier-related information.
• Implement process improvements and support adoption by creating user guides and work instructions.

• You are pursuing a Bachelor's (HBO) or Master's (WO) degree, for example in ICT, Business IT & Management, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Industrial Engineering & Management.
• You have an interest in digitalization, automation, and process optimization.
• You work analytically, in a structured manner, and independently.
• You are proactive, communicative, and eager to learn.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Plenty of room for initiative and the opportunity to implement tangible improvements.
• Guidance from experienced professionals within Quality Assurance.
• The opportunity to gain hands-on experience with modern automation and data tools.
• An internship allowance of €500 gross per month .
