About the role We're seeking a remote, freelance Community Ambassador for Management Games to engage the Chinese market.

Responsibilities

  • You'll manage key channels (BiliBili, Zhihu, WeChat, QQ, Paradox Forum, Steam, Rednote), foster community, and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Connect brand and Chinese players.
  • Track KPIs and provide insights.
  • Prepare localized social media copy.
  • Develop monthly reports with growth recommendations.
  • Edit short and long-form videos.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and strong English.
  • Understand Chinese culture, internet trends, and social media etiquette.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor.
  • Work independently and in teams, manage multiple tasks.
  • In-depth experience managing Chinese social media.
  • Success managing accounts on platforms like Baidu Tieba, QQ, Rednote and BiliBili.
  • Advanced Photoshop and video editing skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Management games Desirable Skills Community Expert: Experience in community-focused projects (moderating, administrating, leading fan communities).
