Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies for IT categories including Enterprise Support Agreement, Cloud Services, Renewals, E-auctions Lead RFPs, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations for Hardware purchases and renewals.
• Partner with S&T business partners to understand requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive the sourcing process, Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work development, Order Forms and analyze/evaluate rates to optimize supplier engagements.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, including SLAs and KPIs.
• Support asset management and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Track contract lifecycles, renewal dates, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in sourcing platforms (e.g., Selectica, Docusign).
• Monitor market trends and pricing benchmarks to inform negotiation strategies.
• Deliver annual AOP productivity targets for the assigned area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-5 years’ work experience in Technology Procurement (with a focus on HW/Telecom/Cloud sourcing) Consulting, Finance, Transformation.
• Experience negotiating with major Hardware/Telecom/cloud vendors.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with contract law and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and tools.
• Works well with others to deliver results.
