As a Driver, Fueling & Service, your primary objective is the delivery and full service of company rental equipment to job sites/events and the refueling of diesel light towers.

Responsibilities

• Climb and lift ladders, be able to work around cleaning products and equipment for chemical toilet service and repair.
• Work closely with departments and managers to address and repair issues with company assets/equipment.
• Work closely with Dispatch to determine the equipment’s order priority and accurately complete delivery/return logs.
• Deliver, retrieve, and move equipment (light towers, shower trailers, cooling trailers, guard shacks, generators, trash trailers, combo trailers, office trailers, porta johns, etc.).
• Fuel equipment on location as necessary.
• Follow and apply prescribed safety procedures and comply with federal laws.
• Follow appropriate safety procedures when transporting or handling equipment.
• Communicate with the dispatcher on the status of job orders.
• Communicate with management and other workers via telephone, or radio telephones.
• Promote available company services and products.
• Promote clean and safe working conditions.
• Knowledgeable and supportive of all company policies and directives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• This is an entry level position which requires mechanical aptitude and physically able to work in various weather conditions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Effective communication, organization, and planning skills

• Team player with ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with ability to multi-task

Follow oral and written instructions, use proper judgment

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions, including but not limited to hot and cold climates, wet and unstable grounds, highly humid, or dry areas
• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.

Pay

The actual pay rate offered to candidates varies depending upon a wide range of factors including specific position, location, education, training, experience, skills, and ability.
