Responsibilities

• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own features and systems end to end, contribute to engineering quality across the team, and help shape how we build.
• Design, build, deploy, and operate product features used by customers, candidates, and internal teams Break down complex features into shippable increments and deliver them reliably Make well-reasoned design and architecture decisions and explain the tradeoffs clearly Own the quality and reliability of what you build including deployment, observability, and on-call Proactively identify and reduce technical debt and unnecessary complexity Contribute to team practices through design reviews, code reviews, and direct mentorship of less experienced engineers Partner with product and design to turn ambiguous problems into clear, buildable solutions Use AI and agentic tools to accelerate your work and raise your leverage Qualifications We typically look for 5 or more years of software engineering experience , with demonstrated ability to own features end to end.

Requirements

• Java Spring Boot and Tomcat SQL, preferably Oracle, Hibernate/JPA AI coding assistants and agentic development tools Additional experience may include: Modern JavaScript / TypeScript React, Angular, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks Python, Node.js, C#, Go, or similar backend technologies NoSQL databases Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Observability tools and production operations Automated testing frameworks Secure software development practices You do not need to have used our exact stack.
• You do need to be able to learn quickly, reason deeply, and build responsibly.
