Service Reps

Our client is seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to begin a career in the insurance industry. No prior insurance experience is required, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist clients with questions regarding insurance policies, coverage, billing, and account information.
• Process policy updates, renewals, and customer requests while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
• Communicate with insurance carriers and internal team members to resolve customer concerns.
• Provide administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
• Build positive relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with computers, email, and basic office software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
• Previous customer service or office experience is a plus but not required.

Pay

Salary: USD 50,000–52,000
