IT PC Technician

Requirements

• **Excellent** troubleshooting skills, both remotely and in-person
• **Excellent** oral communication skills
• **Excellent** customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work well with technical and non-technical users
• Demonstrated ability to perform hardware and software installations
• Successful development of PC images
• Experience in Windows Administration and Support
• Experience in conducting Helpdesk phone support
• Experience in Microsoft Office Products
• Experience with supporting Windows operating systems in an AD (Active Directory) Enterprise network environment

Preferred

• VoIP and smartphone support experience
• Remote PC Support
• Familiarity with Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence)
• Asset and Inventory Tracking Skills
