Responsibilities

• 1.
• Responds to customer and staff requests and inquiries.
• 2.
• Measures and mixes ingredients using appropriate tools and equipment.
• 3.
• Places dough and mixtures in appropriately greased containers to obtain desired shapes.
• Decorates and flavors items with toppings.
• 5.
• Arranges and wraps food products and places items in appropriate cases for storage.
• 6.
• Maintains workstation clean and organized at all times.
• 7.
• Regulates oven temperatures to ensure an even cook.
• 8.
• Disposes of food waste appropriately.
• 9.
• Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
