Responsibilities

• You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Field Installation: Safely set up, maintain, and dismantle temporary fencing and accessories at customer sites.
• Accurately complete essential job paperwork (JHAs, site checklists, truck inventory logs).
• Partner with Lead Fence Technicians and Operations Managers to navigate safely and efficiently to job sites.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free workplace and company vehicle while consistently upholding safety protocols.

Requirements

• Represent the company with a professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset.
• (Qualifications & Experience) Physical Stamina: Comfortable performing heavy outdoor labor in various weather conditions and physically handling panels weighing 50–80 lbs.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (drills, power washers, post drivers, banding equipment).
• Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the motivation to get the job done right.
• Dependable personal transportation to reach job sites daily.

Preferred

• Qualifications (A Huge Plus!): Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record capable of passing a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) check (not required, but strongly preferred!) .
• Experience operating a forklift or one-ton truck.

Pay

$18.99 - 27.30 Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
