Overview Salon Manager Lead.

Are you a licensed cosmetologist with leadership experience who loves developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and creating a positive team culture? Drybar is looking for a hands-on Salon Manager to lead one of our Washington DC, Virginia or Maryland locations. This is a working leadership role, meaning you'll coach and develop your team while stepping behind the chair when needed to support the business and deliver the exceptional service our guests expect.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
• Support the team behind the chair during busy periods
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and shop performance
• Drive retail sales, memberships, and operational excellence

Requirements

• What You'll Bring Active Cosmetology License Leadership experience in a salon or other service-based environment
• Strong blowout and styling skills
• Passion for coaching and developing others Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

Pay

Compensation & Perks We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 – $60,000, thoughtfully aligned with your experience and expertise, plus the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus tied to salon success and key business metrics.
