Responsibilities

• They create engaging technical content and collaborate with subject matter experts to build courses for Educative learners, integrating Generative AI tools to enhance the quality, relevance, and innovation of every learning experience.
• Create Technical Courses Research, plan, and create interactive, text-based courses with hands-on programming assignments and projects for engineering audiences.
• Review courses created by others to ensure adherence to Educative’s editorial and technical quality standards, as well as effective use of platform features to engage learners.
• Provide feedback in clear and respectful language.
• Monitor technical developments to contribute to course strategy and ensure Educative courses remain responsive to learner needs.
• Integrate and leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot) to enhance and accelerate workflows in course research, content development, code generation, and quality assurance.
• AI-assisted techniques to improve content accuracy, pedagogical effectiveness, and learner engagement while ensuring every course meets Educative’s high editorial and technical standards.
• Expertise on the Educative Platform Develop expertise in platform capabilities to effectively create courses and guide internal and external authors in fully utilizing platform features.
• Recommend product features and enhancements when appropriate, and follow recommendations through prioritization, design, and implementation.
• Develop People Management Skills Contribute to team development activities, including campus and experienced-hire recruiting, mentoring new team members, and leading training sessions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on engineering skills, a passion for learning new programming languages and technologies, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiasm for AI, with working knowledge of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools in a professional or technical context.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics simply, clearly, and effectively.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Self-directed, goal-oriented, and disciplined, with strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Confidence and comfort presenting to different audiences, both large and small.
• Hands-on programming experience with languages and technologies such as C++, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
