Responsibilities

• We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar space and everything in between.As a Senior Deputy PM Engineer, you’ll plan, authorize and monitor engineering work by managing a team of top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Department of Defense Secret security clearance obtainable within reasonable time based on requirements.
• A Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering, a related specialized area or field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Substantial leadership skills and proven team building and motivation skills
• Proven problem-solving skills in complex environments

Preferred

• Skilled at applying and executing highly advanced technologies, principles, theories and concepts
• Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate experienced technical staff
• High level of proficiency in project management
• Through proactive leadership, creates an environment where the impact of technology on the business is clearly recognized

Pay

• No 100% remote option. #LI-Hybrid Salary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
• Actual pay may vary.
• USD $200,704.00 - USD $211,679.00 /Yr.
