Inventory & Wave Planning Coordinator

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. Our positions are essential business in a non-retail and non-public environment. In addition, the company provides PPE to all employees. This is a first shift position with standard, regular hours and no weekend schedules.

Responsibilities

• You will report to the Operations Manager.
• We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments.
• Functions/Main Responsibilities Release and manage customer order batches through the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability to support daily wave planning and order fulfillment.
• Communicate with stockers regarding products that require replenishment to support order completion.
• Resolve order processing issues to minimize delays and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data entry and system records.
• Follow all company safety, security, and operational procedures.
• Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow Bluetooth devices (Apple watches, air pods, cell phones etc.) on warehouse floor.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience working in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or inventory-related environment.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order processing functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during a 10-hour shift.
• Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm Due to the nature of our business, we do not allow
• Bluetooth devices (Apple watches, air pods, cell phones etc.) on warehouse floor
• Overtime as needed (typically on Friday's) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
