Office Administrator

Responsibilities

• Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services. We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in supporting the operations of our company. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, managerial tasks, and support functions.
• Managing phone calls and correspondence
• Generating and scheduling service calls and inspections
• Assisting with invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
• Assisting with payroll processing and timekeeping
• Coordinating meetings and company events
• Providing general administrative support to various departments as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior administrative experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Knowledge of Fire Protection or Construction
