Responsibilities

  • As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you’ll work in local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners. You’ll help people learn about Mad City Windows & Baths and set appointments for our In-Home Sales Representatives.
  • Talk with homeowners in a friendly, professional way
  • Introduce our window, bath, and kitchen solutions

Create interest and answer basic questions

  • Schedule qualified, no-obligation appointments for sales representatives
  • Work with your team to hit daily and weekly goals

Requirements

  • Great fit for first jobs, career changers, retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or anyone who enjoys talking to people.
  • from Day 1
  • No sales experience required
  • We care more about your attitude and work ethic than a long resume. You’ll do well here if you are:
  • Comfortable starting conversations with new people
  • Positive, energetic, and motivated by goals

Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn

  • Competitive in a healthy way and excited to earn bonuses
  • Comfortable being active and working outdoors during the day
  • Previous experience in canvassing, retail, customer service, hospitality, restaurants, athletics, or lead generation is helpful, but not required. If you bring the effort, we’ll teach you the rest.

Pay

  • $20/Hour + Uncapped Bonuses!
  • $20/hour starting pay guaranteed

This position requires

  • Walking throughout neighborhoods for extended periods
  • Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
