Agility’s commercially deployed humanoids operate alongside teams in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers—tackling physically demanding and repetitive tasks while enabling workers to focus on higher-value work. With industry-leading safety standards and years of proven deployment data, we're pioneering a new era of automation that enhances human potential.
We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Senior Demand Generation & Campaign Manager to own our multi-channel demand generation programs and full-funnel campaign strategy — spanning web, social, email, search (SEO/AEO/GEO), and paid media. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in campaign strategy and knows how to build programs that drive awareness and pipeline, with a data-driven approach to campaign execution, conversion rate optimization, and funnel efficiency.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation
- support the planning, building, implementing, and measuring integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs — spanning web, organic/paid social, email, search, paid media, and webinars/events — to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue. Develop industry and persona-based strategies.
- launch paid media across social, search, display, and programmatic channels; manage budget allocation and partner with agencies on targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
- assist in building account-based programs using buying signals, design multi-touch campaigns for complex buying committees, and collaborate with sales on account selection.
- maintain an integrated campaign calendar aligned to pipeline and revenue targets, company launches, and seasonal/industry moments.
- deliver against key metrics including pipeline generation targets, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, and paid media ROI.
- design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across touchpoints (email, landing pages, ads, forms) to eliminate friction and continuously improve conversion rates.
- evaluate emerging AEO and GEO practices alongside managing traditional SEO. Track buyer research behaviors across AI platforms (e.g., Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, etc.) to maintain visibility.
Content Strategy Support
- collaborate with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Events to align full-funnel assets (blogs, ebooks, infographics, case studies, success stories, webinars, landing pages) with buyer needs across all channels. Direct and brief agencies on developing traffic drivers and campaign assets.
- bring campaign and channel performance data to content planning so that content investment is prioritized around what buyers actually engage with and convert on.
- work with content stakeholders to tailor messaging by persona, segment, and funnel stage across campaign touchpoints.
Sales Partnership & Enablement
- act as the connective tissue between demand generation and sales, ensuring campaigns are designed to support pipeline goals and GTM priorities.
- partner with sales to translate campaigns into usable sales assets, talk tracks, and follow-up email sequences that help convert MQLs (marketing-generated leads).
- run regular syncs with sales leadership to review lead quality, campaign feedback, and pipeline impact, and adjust strategy accordingly.
- experience partnering with sales and/or sales enablement teams to align campaigns with pipeline and goals.
- experience briefing and collaborating with content/product marketing teams on funnel-stage content strategy.
Requirements
- working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with emerging AEO/GEO practices for AI-driven search and discovery; experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), SEMrush, or Ahrefs a plus.
Professional Experience
7+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or performance marketing, including managing paid media budgets, multi-channel programs, and ABM/enterprise initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus.
- Functional & Technical Competencies

proven track record planning and executing integrated campaigns across web, email, social, paid, programmatic, and webinars/events.
