Responsibilities

• AAA continues to grow while providing stable careers, excellent benefits, and long-term advancement opportunities.
• Provide emergency road services such as lockout assistance, battery diagnostics, and tire changes.
• Tow disabled vehicles using a variety of service and towing vehicles, including wreckers and flatbeds
• Initial Training: Extensive paid training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to perform your duties safely and effectively.
• Much of our training is in the field with experienced technicians to guide you through your learning process.
• Continuous training opportunities to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date and help you develop your career in the future!
• Opportunities to move into supervisory/ management or specialized roles in various areas of the Emergency Roadside Service Department.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• May be required to maintain a Federal DOT Card.
• This opportunity is a great fit for candidates with experience in towing, transportation, delivery, automotive services, roadside assistance, or other customer-focused roles, including Tow Truck Drivers, Delivery Drivers, CDL Drivers, Recovery Drivers, Roadside Assistance Technicians, and Automotive Service Technicians.
• Experience in these fields is helpful but not required.

Pay

• Our Tow Service Drivers start at an hourly rate of $20.00.
• After completing the training program, our full-time Tow Service Drivers who successfully meet goals earn an average of $47,600 to $58,200 annually.
