Responsibilities

Treasury & Cash Management: Monitor cash balances and liquidity across multiple bank accounts and countries.
Financial Analysis: Maintain cash flow and funding models, analyze variances, and support financial planning.
Payments & Banking: Support cross-border payments, reconciliations, and relationships with banks and payment providers.
Data & Automation: Maintain accurate financial data and automate recurring reporting and operational processes.
Compliance & Controls: Support regulatory requirements, audits, and financial controls in partnership with Compliance and Legal.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational efficiency.

2–4 years of experience in financial operations, treasury, banking, payments, or fintech.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with cash management, financial modeling, or multi-bank environments.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with automation or data tools is a plus.
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.
Experience with banks, payment providers, or regulated financial institutions is a plus.
