Responsibilities

This includes fabricating, modifying, or repairing mechanical instruments, machine tools, and industrial equipment by applying knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
& Requirements Operating Machine or Equipment: Operate basic equipment and machines to carry out routine tasks.
Carry out operational tasks by following established processes.
Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment through proper preparation and support.
Follow basic mandatory work instructions to safeguard the environment and the well-being of oneself and others.
Adhere to straightforward mandatory procedures to ensure work meets required quality standards, internal codes of conduct, and external regulatory codes.
Interpret and use precision measuring tools, including micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges.
Read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances accurately.
Exchange information clearly through polite and professional interactions.
Follow established policies and procedures with guidance to align with organizational strategies and objectives.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize activities under guidance to efficiently meet objectives.

2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing or repair environment operating manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC lathes/mills.

High School Diploma / GED with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
