**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time telehealth opportunity serving clients in need of consistent mental health support. This role centers on clinical care, including assessment, therapy, treatment planning, and follow-up. You will play an important part in helping clients address emotional and behavioral concerns while delivering care in a virtual setting.

**Responsibilities:**

Deliver scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth
Evaluate clients’ mental health needs and clinical history
Build and manage treatment plans that reflect client goals
Keep thorough and accurate documentation for all services provided
Review progress regularly and update interventions when appropriate
Address crisis situations according to clinical protocol

## Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Active LCSW license in New Jersey
Experience providing therapy in a clinical, outpatient, or telehealth setting
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Comfortable using EHR systems and virtual care platforms
Excellent communication and time management skills
