Business Development Manager

Ayming UK is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our thriving team in the heart of London.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek out opportunities to build client portfolio using existing network to close deals with organisations of all sizes.
• Manage and update the CRM systems on the database and report on sales activity.

Requirements

• An understanding of sales principles.
• The ability to deliver an excellent client experience, create compelling presentations and host negotiations.
• 5-7+ years in business development within professional services or B2B solution-based sales, with a proven track record of exceeding new business targets.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent, supporting both technical competence and professional credibility.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, drive, and determination to exceed new business targets.
• Organised and capable of independently managing a client portfolio.
• A proactive communicator who builds lasting client relationships and consistently seeks new opportunities through strategic lead generation and innovation.

Your main responsibilities will be

Lead Generation : Generating new business leads through traditional go-to-market methods: cold calling, email, Linkedin.

Client Facing

Prospecting high-level clients and partner organisations in person and via phone call, while having strong communicative abilities throughout the entire sales cycle.

Product Expert

Demonstrate updated product knowledge and ensure this is applied within all communications. Able to explain and promote a complex value proposition.

Vertical Focus

Deliver tailored expertise to increase market visibility. Aid marketing in the creation of bespoke content to be used in pitching and acquisition.

Financial and Tax Knowledge

Solid understanding of corporation tax schemes, enabling effective client engagement and tailored solution delivery.

Professional Work Ethic & Reliability

Dependable and mature in both client interactions and peer collaboration.
