Wagner, SD Worker Type: PRN Work Shift: Rotating days/evenings/nights/weekends/holidays (United States of America) Wagner Community Memorial Hospital and Clinic is seeking a qualified individual to join our team! Position Highlights This position will be per request needed (PRN) for 24-hour shifts to include occasional weekends and holidays as an Acute/Emergency Department Provider, with additional Hospitalist duties on weekends and holidays.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Graduate of a Certified Nurse Practitioner Educational Program accredited by the Commission of Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE and/or REGISTRATIONS: Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner with the ability to practice in the state of South Dakota is required. Federal and State DEA certification is required for South Dakota.
