Responsibilities

• Managing hardware and software in 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity. • Recognizing abnormal processing conditions and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems. • Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors. • High school diploma or GED required - Associate’s, bachelor’s or the equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels. • Advanced English • Technical knowledge: Linux, Shell script, PostgreSQL, SQL ANS, Connectivity and networks, ISO8583, JSON, Monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana and Nagios About the team Our inclusive and global teams win together every day.
