Responsibilities

• Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Leads the development and execution of the organization’s price strategy.
• Consults and advises senior merchandising leaders on all pricing decisions.
• Analyzes sales trends and transactions to ensure pricing meets all market levels.
• Partners with peer leaders to develop, test, and implement creative approaches to customer discounts .
• Reviews and improves operating processes and performance metrics related to list prices and business performance.
• Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
