Demand Planner

Responsibilities

• Lead supply and demand monitoring across multiple markets – Identify misalignments, adjust forecasts, and drive demand planning decisions.
• Develop statistical forecasting models – Evaluate forecast results and recommend improvements.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, reduce excess inventory, and improve service levels.
• Lead S&OP planning with assigned markets – Ensure alignment between demand forecasts and business goals.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot MRP accuracy – Ensure demand signals are correctly captured.
• Draft and implement new processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and address systemic quality, service, and delivery issues – Implement corrective action plans.
• Provide mentorship and support to Level I Demand Planners.

Requirements

• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive initiatives.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business , Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong statistical and analytical skills with experience in forecasting tools. Proficiency in demand planning software, ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
