Sales Administration Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Admin Senior Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the core responsibilities of the "analyst" role while demonstrating a higher level of experience, ownership, independence, and business understanding.
• Perform all core responsibilities and daily activities associated with the analyst role, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle more complex tasks and cases, using problem-solving skills to identify appropriate solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Provide support and guidance to the team members when needed.
• Cover urgent tasks, requests, and email communications when the manager is OOO or when additional support is required.
• Proactively follow up on pending requests and ensure issues are addressed and escalated when necessary.
• Maintain clear and professional communication across different teams.
• Continuously develop knowledge of processes, systems, and business requirements.
• Stay curious and proactive in understanding the broader image and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position, working 8 hours per day,
• Sunday through Thursday
• Weekend:
• Friday and Saturday

What You Need For This Role

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent command of both
• Arabic and

English,

• written and spoken.
• French is a plus.
• 2 - 3 years of experience.
• Previous experience in an Analyst position or similar role, with demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset.
• Ability to support /guide team members and contribute positively to the overall team environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on new responsibilities when needed

CRM or Salesforce experience (a plus)

Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and updates.
