Construction Plumber

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems for new construction and build-outs Perform underground, rough-in, top-out, and trim plumbing Read and work from blueprints and construction plans Install water lines, waste and vent piping, fixtures, water heaters, and gas piping Prepare plumbing work for inspections Work alongside general contractors and other trades Help keep projects on schedule and completed to quality standards Troubleshoot installation issues in the field Mentor apprentices and less-experienced plumbers when needed Maintain a clean and safe job site

What We’re Looking

For 5+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in new construction Strong rough-in and construction plumbing experience Ability to read blueprints and work independently Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Reliable and committed to quality workmanship Ability to communicate effectively with project teams Preferred Commercial construction plumbing experience Journeyman plumbing license Experience leading crews or mentoring apprentices Ohio Master or Journeyman plumbing credentials Why Howerton?
