Technical Program Manager (f/m/x) - Algorithmic Energy Trading

Responsibilities

You translate Product, Commercial, and Trading requirements into

• actionable technical delivery plans, breaking down complex scope alongside Tech Leads.
• You own project timelines, proactively flag risks, and communicate transparently with stakeholders to maintain steady execution momentum across engineering.
• You serve as a
• strong counterpart to Product, asking the right questions, helping prioritize work effectively, and pushing back constructively when requests or timelines are unrealistic.
• You spot technical blockers and cross-team dependencies early
• reduce organizational overhead
• for technical leadership, stepping in to optimize cross-team workflows, track delivery progress, and foster clear ownership.

Requirements

• or driving delivery within complex software engineering environments.
