Associate Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Solution Architects, Practice Managers and Senior Services Delivery Managers in day-to-day project coordination, including scheduling, status tracking, documentation, and internal communications
• Collaborate with other internal stakeholders such as Consulting Managers, Technical Delivery Directors, Practice Directors and Operations team to ensure projects are smoothly delivered
• Create, update and track project plans, risks, and action logs
• Own project reporting and metrics tracking for customer engagements
• Attend and support customer meetings, capturing notes, follow-ups, and next steps
• Build an understanding of Snowflake’s delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Support delivery documentation including statements of work, project artifacts, and customer onboarding materials
• Participate in internal initiatives to improve delivery operations and customer experience

Requirements

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and follow-through skills

Preferred

• Experience supporting technical or customer-facing teams
• Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira)
• Understanding of data, cloud, or SaaS concepts

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, consulting, customer success, or delivery support
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Comfort working across multiple projects, stakeholders, teams, and tools

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

• Familiarity with cloud technologies or enterprise software is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
