ESL Trainer Coach (Training & Development)

Responsibilities

• As an ESL Trainer Coach , you'll help our language trainers succeed from onboarding through ongoing development.
• You'll facilitate live training sessions, provide targeted coaching, and work closely with Trainer Managers to support trainer performance, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Key Responsibilities 1.
• Onboard and train new language trainers Facilitate live onboarding and training sessions for newly hired trainers.
• Guide trainers through teaching practices, assessment, tools, processes, and quality expectations.
• Coach and develop trainers Conduct individual and group coaching sessions to strengthen trainers' teaching effectiveness and overall performance.
• Provide actionable feedback and support trainers in applying it to their training practice.

• Support trainer performance and quality Provide targeted coaching based on KPI results, performance needs, and recommendations from Trainer Managers.
• Monitor progress and provide follow-up to support quality and performance expectations.
• 4.
• Contribute to trainer development Identify development needs and support relevant training, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
• Create or update training materials and resources as needed.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in language training, teaching, L&D, or trainer development ; coaching or mentoring experience is a plus. Solid understanding of CEFR and language assessment . Experience facilitating online or virtual training using web conferencing tools, LMS platforms, and other digital learning tools. Strong communication, facilitation, and feedback skills . Experience with trainer performance, quality, coaching, or KPIs is an advantage. Certifications in language teaching, coaching, assessment, or online training are a plus. Could This Be You?
