Assembly Technician

Responsibilities

  • Putting together parts and tools using rivet guns, PEM setters, drills—you name it
  • Installing fasteners and hardware with care and accuracy
  • Reading basic blueprints (don’t worry, we’ll help if you’re rusty)

Solving small problems before they become big ones

  • Working closely with a tight-knit team that’s got your back
  • Staying organized and focused, even when things get busy

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of hands-on assembly experience (machine shop experience is a big plus)
  • Solid understanding of how to use common hand and power tools
  • A keen eye for detail—you take pride in doing things right
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow directions (written and spoken)
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a self-starting mindset
